p22phox基因C242T多态性与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究

目的探讨NADPH氧化酶亚基（P^22 phox）基因C242T多态性与糖尿病肾病（DN）的相关性．方法采用Taqman PCR（Three—star）法在中国昆明汉族人群中，对192例2型糖尿病患者（其中正常白蛋白尿组即DN0组70例，微量白蛋白尿组即DNI组57例，临床白蛋白尿组即DN2组65例）的P^22 phox基因C242T多态性进行检测．并比较分析各组间基因型频率和等位基因频率以及相关临床资料．结果DN组（DNI＋DN2）的CT＋TT基因型频率和T等位基因频率高于DN0组（P〈0．05），DNI和DN2组间基因型频率和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）．logistic回归分析表明舒张压、p^22 phox基因C242T多态性与DN相关．结论在昆明地区汉族人中，p^22 phox基因242T阳性基因型可能与DN相关．

The Polymorphism of C242T of P22phox Gene Related to Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To investigate the association of C242T polymeorphism of p~(22)phox gene with diabetic nephropathy in Kunming Han Chinese.Methods The polymeorphism of p~(22)phox gene C242T was detected by Taqman PCR(Three-star) in 192 untreated Kunming Han patients with type 2 diabetes,including 70 cases with normal albuminuria(DN0 group),57 cases with microalbuminuria(DN1 group) and 65 cases with macroalbuminuria(DN2 group).The genotype and allele frequencies and relative clinical data were compared among groups.Results The CT TT genotype frequencies and T allele frequencies in DN groups(DN1 DN2) were significantly higher than those in DN0.There were no significant differences in genotype frequencies or allele frequencies between DN1 and DN2.Multiply logistic regression analyses show that DBP and p~(22)phox C242T might be associated with DN.Conclusion The p~(22)phox gene T-positive genotypes may be the risk factors for DN development and progression in Kunming Han Chinese.
