利多卡因溶液含漱治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口腔溃疡的疗效观察

[目的]观察利多卡因溶液舍漱治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口腔溃疡的疗效.[方法]将72例鼻咽癌放疗后发生口腔溃疡病人随机分为两组,治疗组42例,对照组30例,治疗组应用2%利多卡因溶液含漱治疗,对照组应用复方硼砂溶液含漱治疗.现察并比较两组病人治疗效果.[结果]治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]利多卡因溶液舍漱治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口腔溃疡效果明显.

Observation on curative effect of lidocaine solution mouthwash for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients developed dental ulcer after radiotherapy

Objective: To observe the curative effect of lidocaine solution mouthwash for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients developed dental ulcer after radiotherapy.Methods: A total of 72 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients complicated with dental ulcer after undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group(42 cases) and control group(30 cases).Patients of treatment group were accepted mouthwash with 2% lidocaine solution.And patients of control group were given mouthwash with compound borax solution.Then the curative effects of both group cases were observed and compared.Results: The total effective rate of treatment group patients was 93.0% and was 60.0% among control group cases.There was statistical significant difference between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of mouthwash with lidocaine solution is significant for nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients complicated with dental ulcer after undergoing radiotherapy.
