浅论武警医疗救援队应把握的关键环节

在“5．12”抗震救灾的战斗中，武警四川总队医院及所属分院在灾后半小时至24h内，先后组建7个野战救护所，派出17支322人组成的医疗救援队赶赴灾区实施医疗救援。笔者根据亲历汶川大地震，组织医疗救援的实践，提出抗震救灾医疗救援应把握5个关键环节：建立“二级二区三阶梯”的应急医疗救援体系、完善救援预案、灵活机动救援、加强救援训练、突出救援特色研究等。

Analysis of the key elements of medical rescue team

During the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake, 322 staff members of 17 medical rescue teams were sent to the disaster areas within the first 24 hour by Sichuan Corps Hospital of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Force, performing the rescue tasks to the hardest hit. Seven field dressing stations were establishing at that time. Participating in the earthquake emergency rescue, the authors have summarized 5 key elements： establishinga ＂2-rank,2-district,3-step＂ emergency rescue system, consummating rescue preplan, relieving with flexibility, enhancing relief training, and studying rescue features.
