摘    要:目的:建立TLC结合HPLC法检查炎可宁中的土大黄苷的检测方法;方法:采用硅胶G板,乙酸乙酯-丁酮-甲酸-水(10:7:1:1)为展开剂,在365nm下检视;采用Lichrospher C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-甲醇-水(7:30:63)为流动相,检测波长为320nm。结果:炎可宁片非法掺入的土大黄的指标性成分土大黄苷在365nm下显持久的蓝紫色荧光斑点。通过高效液相色谱法进一步验证。对25批市售的炎可宁片进行筛查,检出土大黄苷的炎可宁片有14批。结论:TLC结合HPLC法简便,快速,专属性强,能有效地检查炎可宁片是否掺入土大黄。

Determination of the Rhaponticin Illegally Mixed in Yankening Tablets by TLC and HPLC

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determine the rhaponticin illegally mixed in Yankening Tablets by TLC and HPLC. Methods: Silica gel(G) TLC, a mixture of ethyl acetate -2-butanone -formic acid-water( 10: 7:1 : 1 ), detecting under 365nm ; Lichrospher C18 column was used ,and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-water( 30: 7:63 ) ,detective wavelength was 320 nm. Resuits: Rhaponticin was displayed a constant blueviolet dot under 365 nm in Rhubarb Root illegally mixed in Yankening Tablets and was tested and verified by HPLC. Ten commercially available Yankening Tablets were screened by the above and Rhaponticin was detected in six. Conclusion: The method was simple rapid accurate and suitable for detecting the rhaponticin illegally mixed in Yankening Tablets.
