喹硫平与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者疗效及生活质量影响的对照研究

目的: 探讨喹硫平、氯氮平对精神分裂症患者的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:符合CCMD-3和ICD-10诊断标准的精神分裂症患者分为喹硫平组(30例)、氯氮平组(30例)进行3个月的临床研究,用PANSS和WHOQOL-100分别评定患者的精神症状和生活质量。结果:经过3个月治疗后喹硫平组患者PANSS量表的阴性因子分低于氯氮平组(p<0. 05);氯氮平仅能部分(社会关系方面)提高患者的生活质量,喹硫平组患者WHOQOL-100的评分在生理、心理、社会关系、独立性领域因子方面均高于氯氮平组(p<0. 05或p<0. 01 )。结论:喹硫平对精神分裂症患者生活质量的改善优于氯氮平组。

A double blind comparing study between the effects of Quetiapine and Clozapine on the life quality of the patients with schizophrenia

Objective:To compare the effect between Quetiapine and Clozapine on the life quality and psychiatric symptoms of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods: We followed 60 schizophrenics treated with Quetiapine (30) and with Clozapine (30) for 3 months. QOL and PANSS were used as research instruments. Results: After 3 months, Quetiapine group had greater improvement in total and negative symptom of PANSS. Quetapine could significantly improve all aspect of quality of patients, except Domination. While Clozapine just improved some parts of QOL, that it had no to Physics, Psychology and independence. Conclusions: The patients with schizophrenia treated by Quetiapine had better life quality than that of Clozapine.
