我院2006—2007年抗消化性溃疡药应用情况调查分析

目的：了解我院抗消化性溃疡药物的应用情况和趋势。方法：采用销售金额和用药频度排序法。对我院2006年1月－2007年12月年抗消化性溃疡药物的销售金额、用药频度及日均费用进行统计和分析。结果：抗消化性溃疡药物销售金额和DDDs增长明显；质子泵抑制剂销售金额占抗溃疡药的较大份额，尤其是奥美拉唑；价格较低的雷尼替丁的DDDs连续两年稳居首位；胃黏膜保护荆的销售金额和数量呈下降趋势；2007年绝大多数药品的DDC较上年均有所下降。结论：我院抗消化性溃疡药物销售金额的增长率明显高于年度销售总金额的增长率，其中国产奥美拉唑上升趋势明显，而合资奥美拉唑则趋于稳定。应加快药品国产化，以不断降低药品费用。

Applicational Analysis of Antiuicer Drugs in Our Hospital During 2006 - 2007

Objective： To investigate the current situation and developing trend of antiulcer drugs in our hospital. Methods： Antiulcer drugs used in our hospital from 2006 to 2007 were analyzed statistically in respect of sales value, DDDs and DDC. Results： The sales value and DDDs of antiulcer drugs were increasing year by year. PPI took a bigger share in the sales value of the antiulcer drugs, especially omeprazole. DDDs of ranitidine had continuously dominated the first place during the 2 years due to the lower price. The sales value and amount of gastric mucosa protective agents were decreasing. DDC of antiulcer drugs in 2007 was significantly lower than that in 2006. Conclusion： The increasing ratio of sales value of antiulcer drugs is significantly higher than that of the total drugs. The consumption of the domestic omeprazole has been increasing and that of omeprazole from the joint ventures remains stable. Domestic substitute drugs should be exploited for medical researchers in the future so as to reduce the cost of medicine.
