同时应用不同引流管行双侧脑室引流效果研究

目的 探讨同时应用不同的脑室引流管治疗侧脑室出血的治疗效果.方法 选取我科2009年3月至2011年1月行脑室外引流术患者65例为对照组,选取2011年2月至2012年12月行脑室外引流术患者72例为观察组,采取两种不同的脑室外引流方式进行脑室外引流,比较两组患者引流情况及颅内感染、脑积水发生率.结果 单纯采用普通脑室外引流装置进行引流,颅内感染10例,占15.38％,术后脑积水4例,占6.15％.而同时应用不同脑室外引流装置进行引流,发生颅内感染4例,占6.16％,脑积水1例,占1.54％.结论 根据患者的脑室内出血情况,同时应用不同引流管行双侧脑室引流,解决了传统的脑室外引流装置的不足,能够有效引流脑脊液以防止脑积水的加重,并且有效地防止了颅内感染的发生,引流效果满意.

The study of using two different drain tube for two-ventricle drainage in treatment of primary intraventricular hemorrhage

Objective ：To observe clinical effect of improved two -ventricle drainage in treatment of primary intraventric- ular hemorrhage. Methods： 65 cases patients with primary intraventricular hemorrhage are control group ,while 72cases pa- tient with primary intraventricular hemorrhage are observation group. The observation group use two different drain tube for ventricle anterior horn puncture external drainage and the control group used the traditional bilateral shunt. Recorded the result of the drainaging, infection of brain , and the rate of hydrocephalus. Results After treatment,in the control group ten cases have infection of brain ,4cases have hydrocephalus , while 4cases have infection of brain , 1 case has hydrocephalus in the observation group. Conclusion using two different drain tube for ventricle anterior horn puncture external drainage in treatment of primary intraventricular hemorrhage has a good effect ,can reduce the ration of infection of brain and hydroceph- alus.
