扬中市达到基本消灭疟疾标准后的疟疾疫情监测分析

目的分析扬中市1987年达到基本消灭疟疾标准以来的疟疾监测结果,为制定疟疾防治对策提供科学依据。方法对1987~2006年扬中市当地居民和流动人口疟疾发病资料进行分析。结果20年间扬中市共发现疟疾患者101人,本地疟疾病例占总病例的75.2%,输入性病例占24.8%,近10年来输入性病例有增高的趋势。结论扬中市疟防成果巩固,现行疟疾防治措施扎实有效,但流动人口的疟防工作不容忽视。
