大豆异黄酮软胶囊的初步药效学研究

目的：进行大豆异黄酮软胶囊的药效学研究，为该药品的功能定位提供一定的参考。方法：采用子宫增重试验、脑功能试验、游泳试验、增强免疫力试验及耐常压缺氧试验等试验方法，考察大豆异黄酮软胶囊对小鼠子宫发育、记忆力、抗疲劳、免疫器官重量及其对抗缺氧能力的影响。结果：与空白组相比，大豆异黄酮软胶囊的大、中、小剂量和阳性对照药均能促进未成熟雌性小鼠子宫的发育；可延长小鼠在跳台上的停留时间(潜伏期)，减少3min内受刺激而跳下的次数(错误次数)。同时该软胶囊可延长小鼠在缺氧条件下的存活时间和游泳时间，但并不能显著增加免疫器官的重量。结论：大豆异黄酮软胶囊具有弱的雌激素样作用，能延长小鼠的生存时间，并有可能改善实验动物的记忆力；但药效试验同时也表明该软胶囊不能增加免疫器官的重量。

The rudiment pharmacodynamics study on the isoflavone soft capsule

Objective: To offer the test reference of functional localization, the pharmacodynamics study on the isoflavone soft capsule was done. Methods: To inspect the effect of soft capsule on the mice womb weight and the capability of anti-fatigue, anti-senility, anti-hypoxia, the series of pharmacodynamics test were done. Results: Contrasting with the control group, the soft capsule can accelerate the growth of immaturity womb, decrease the error number of limes and elongate the latent period in jumping stand test. At the condition of hypoxia the soft capsule can increase the exiting time of mice, and the soft capsule can also increase the swimming time. But the soft capsule can't increase the weight of mice immune organs. Conclusions: The soft capsule has the activity of feeble cstrogenic hormone, can heighten the capability of resisting fatigue and improve the memory of experimental animals, but the soft capsule can't increase the weight of mice immune organs.
