18例植入性胎盘临床分析

目的通过对18例植入性胎盘分析,探讨本院植入性胎盘发生率及中西药联合治疗,减少子宫切除率的方法。方法回顾性分析植入性胎盘18例临床资料。结果1/2931（41/10万）。11例剖宫产,其中6例作子宫切除术,阴道分娩6例,1例为中孕引产,保守治疗12例,5例在胎盘植入处作局部挖除缝合,7例中西药物联合治疗。并以β-HCC和B超监测治疗效果,约产后2个月左右残留胎盘完全排出宫腔。18例病理诊断均为植入性胎盘。结论重视有胎盘植入高危因素,早期发现植入性胎盘,中西药的联合应用,对排队残留胎盘保守子宫有良好的效果。

Clinical analysis of 18 cases of placenta accreta

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of placenta accreta. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 18 cases of placenta accreta. Results The incidence of placenta accreta was 1/2931 （41/100 thousand）, cesarean was performed in 11 patients, 6 patients received hysterectomy, 6 patients experienced vaginal delivery, 1 patients received inducing abortion in second trimester. 12 cases were cured by conservative treatment, local resection was performed in 5 patients, combined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine was applied in 7 patients, β-HCC and Ultrasound were used to monitor the treatment effect. Conclusion Further research should focus on preventing hemorrhage, better understanding the mechanism Of abnormal placentation, and optimizing medical management regimens.
