三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染疗效及随访观察

目的观察三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性队列研究,将178例尿路感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用口服左氧氟沙星联合三金片和单独服用左氧氟沙星片治疗,进行疗效评价和随访观察。结果治疗组的治愈率和有效率均高于对照组,分别为(75·28%VS57·30%,χ2=6·436,P=0·011;94·38%VS84·27%,χ2=4·773,P=0·029)。两组患者1年复发率分别为6·38%和37·14%,差异具有统计学意义。结论三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染疗效高、复发率低,是目前比较理想的治疗方法。

Clinical study of Sanjin tablets in combination with Levofloxacin on treating urinary tract infection

Objective To observe the clinical effectof oral Sanjin tablets in combination with Levofloxacin on treating urinary tract infection.Methods Atotal of 178 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were treated bySanjin tablets in combination with Levofloxacin and only respectively.Then both two groups were followed for more than one year.Results The cure rate and the effective rate of treatment group were higher than that of control group respectively（75·28% VS 57·30%,χ2= 6·436,P=0·011;94·38% VS84·27%,χ2=4·773,P=0·029）.The recurrence and re-infection rate of treatment group was 6·38% in the one-year follow-up,significant lower than the control group（37·14%）.Conclusion The therapy of Sanjin tablets in combination with Levofloxacin has more effective and lower recurrence and re-infection rate,is a useful treatment for urinary tract infection.
