| 摘 要： | 目的分析、观察新生儿中重度缺氧缺血性脑病的临床一般表现,选择合适的治疗方案。方法对我科2005年5月至2008年9月收治的48例中重度缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分成两组各24例。治疗组24例患儿在常规治疗基础上加入纳洛酮7~10d,并与对照组24例比较。结果治疗组总有效率83·3%,对照组总有效率62·5%（P〈0·05）。结论中重度缺氧缺血性脑病患儿在常规治疗基础上加入纳洛酮,效果显著,且无副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis and observe the clinical manifestation of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy newborns,and select the therapeutic method.Methods FromMay2005 to September2008,48 cases were divided into two groups,each for24 cases.The treatment group were given Naloxone for7 to10 days on the basis of conventional therapy,and compared with control group.Results The total effectof treatmentgroup was 83.3%,the control group was 62·5%P0·05）.Conclusion Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy newborns treatment of Naloxone on the basis of conventional therapy,the effect is remarkable,and has no side effect. |
