护理干预对乳腺癌患者术前焦虑的影响

目的探讨护理干预对乳腺癌患者术前焦虑的影响。方法将本院2010年1月至2010年11月的59例术前伴焦虑乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组28例,干预组31例,对照组给予常规术前护理及临床一般性沟通,干预组在此基础上予以系统的护理干预。干预前后（入院当天、术前1d）采用Zung氏焦虑自评量表进行测量。结果干预前,一般资料、焦虑组间差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）;干预后与干预前比较,干预组焦虑有所缓解（P〈0.05）;对照组无显著变化（P〉0.05）;干预后,干预组焦虑的改善优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论针对性的护理干预能有效地缓解乳腺癌患者术前焦虑,提高其手术疗效。

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Breast Cancer Patients Before Surgery Anxiety

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on breast cancer patients before surgery anxiety.Methods Fifty-nine Breast Cancer patients,who were therapied in DPH from Jan,2010 to Nov,2010,with anxiety before operation were recruited and randomly divided into experimental group（n=31） and control group（n=28）.The control group was given routine preoperative care and clinical common communication,in addition to this,the experimental group was given system therapeutic communication before and after intervention（the day of admission and the day before operation）,Zung＇s self rating anxiety scale was used to investigate the patients respectively.Results Before intervention,the result showed that there were no significant differences between the general data,anxiety and trait coping styles in the two groups（P0.05）;There were significant melioration on anxiety,positive coping in the experimental group than before（P0.05）;There was no significant difference on them in control group（P0.05）;Moreover,after intervention,there was significant melioration on them in the experimental group than the other one（P0.01）.Conclusion Therapeutic communication system has positive effect on the anxiety,and improve the surgery effect.
