摘    要:目的探讨新鲜冰冻血浆融化后24h内凝血因子的变化,为指导临床治疗提供理论依据。方法采用SYSMEX CA-1500型自动血凝分析仪,对20份血浆样品分别于融化后0、6、12、24h测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血因子Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ(FⅦ、FⅧ、FⅨ)活性水平。结果新鲜血浆融化后24h之内无明显改变的有PT、FIB、TT(P>0·5);其他指标在不同时间段各有明显的改变,同时显示FⅧ半衰期为12~24h。结论新鲜冰冻血浆融化后放置会有凝血因子活性衰减,为保证输血质量,应尽可能融化后立即输注。

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of coagulation factor of warmed fresh Frozen plasma within 24 h,which provides theory basis for clinical transfusion.Methods We warmed 20 samples of FFP and detected PT,APTT,FIB,TT,FⅦ,FⅧ,FⅨ at0、6、12、24 h respectively by SYSMEX CA-1500·Results PT,TTand FIB didn't change obviously within 24 h after warmed(P0·5),but other indexes changed obviously at different time.It indicated that the half life of FⅧ was 12 ~24 h.Conclusion Coagulation factor activity should decrease after FFP is warmed.It has better be transfused immediately after warmed in order to assure quality of transfusion.
