| 摘 要： | 目的观察充血性心力衰竭患者体内凝血系统的改变情况。方法将60例充血性心力衰竭患者作为观察组,60例正常人作为对照组,检测2组血浆血管性假性血友病因子（vWF）、D-二聚体（DD）和尿纤维蛋白肽A（uFPA）水平,并进行比较。结果充血性心力衰竭患者体内上述指标水平与对照组相比,均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,且随心功能分级的升高而升高。结论充血性心力衰竭患者体内存在不同程度的高凝状态,有血栓形成的倾向。

The Observation on the Changes in the Coagulationarg System in Congestive Heart Failure |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the coagulation system changes in vivo in patients with congestive heart failure.Methods 60 patients with congestive heart failure was selected as the observation group,60 healthy subjects as control group.von Willebrand factor（vWF）,D-dimer（DD） and urinary fibrin peptide A（uFPA） level in plasma were detected and compared.Results Levels of these indicators in the patients with congestive heart failure in vivo had significant differences compared with those of the control group（P0.01）.And the level increased accomplying the classification of the heart function.Conclusion Hypercoagulable state exits in the patients with congestive heart failure,and has thrombosis tendency. |
