| 摘 要： | 目的研究橘红痰咳颗粒的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀法和大鼠棉球肉芽肿法观察橘红痰咳颗粒的抗炎作用。结果橘红痰咳颗粒能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和鸡蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀,也能抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成。结论橘红痰咳颗粒具有明显抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-inflammatory activity of the Orange-red particles Cough.Methods The models of Xylene-induced ear edema in mice,hind paw edema induced by fresh egg white in rats and granuloma induced by cotton ball in rats were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.Results The Orange-red cough particles could inhibited Xylene-induced ear edema in mice,hind pawedema induced by egg white in rats and granuloma induced by cotton ball in rats.Conclusion The Orange-red cough particles has significant anti-inflammatory effects. |
