| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨盲肠置管引流在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用价植.方法 低住直肠癌根治保肛手术共64例,分盲肠置管引流组(研究组,n=32)和保护性回肠造漏组(对照组,n=32),,分别从手术创伤、留置管的引流量、术后肛门排气时间、术后生活质量及吻合口漏的发生率进行比较结果研究组肛门排气时间(3.25±0.52)d低于对照组(5.68±0.84)d、术后疼痛评分(3.31±0.65)分明显低于对照组(6.08±0.22)分、住院费用(25456.72±23.56)元低于对照组(36879.55±164.34)元,术后生活质量满意度(84.79%)明显优于对照组(36.21%),差异均有统计学意义(t分别=1.62、1.82、1.76,x2=49.38,P均<0.05) 而留置管引流量、置管拔除时间、手术时间、及发生吻合口漏病例,差异均无统计学意义(t分别=0.38、0.42、0.54,X2=0.50,P均>0.05).结论 在低位直肠癌保肛手术中,行盲肠置管引流可避免两次手术,提高术后生活质量,具有较大的优越性.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application value of implementing catheter drainage in appendix on ano-saving operation for low rectal carcinoma.
