肿瘤微环境是在肿瘤生长过程中,由肿瘤细胞、免疫细胞、内皮细胞及细胞外基质等共同构成的局部稳态环境,在肿瘤演进的过程中起着非常关键的作用。其作为多糖抗肿瘤治疗新靶点的提出,为多糖类药物的研发提供了一个新的思路。本文总结了近几年来有关肿瘤微环境的研究进展,并对多糖在肿瘤微环境调控过程中存在的机制进行了综述。
