| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管癌、贲门癌术后早期肠内营养的治疗效果。方法对2000年至2003年29例食管癌、贲门癌术后早期进行肠内营齐的情况进行回顾性总结和分析。结果除8例出现轻度腹胀、2例出现轻度腹泻,均经减慢滴速后缓解,全部病人均能耐受早期肠内营养,恢复顺利,无吻合口瘘及感染并发症。结论早期肠内营养有利于食管癌、贲门癌术后病情恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the treatment effect of the early enteral nutrition of post - opretive about desophagus cancer and cardia cancer. Methods We analize and summarize 29 cases, of which patients who sffered desophagus cancer and cardia cancer by means of giving early enteral nutrition from Junuary 2000 to December 2003. Results All patients can assimilate enteral nutrition in the early stage,and recovered smoothly without anastomosis fistula and inflection complication except that 8 cases suffered light abdominal disteasion 2 cases suffered diarrhea, they all become lysis after slowing the speed of dripping. Conclusion The early enteral nutrition is on the behalf of post - operative recovering of the desophagus cancer and cardia cancer. |
