| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨淋巴细胞亚群(T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞及T细胞亚群)在慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血中的变化意义。方法：通过流式细胞技术比较分析56例慢性乙型肝炎患者及30例键康正常人的外周血淋巴细胞亚群。结果：与正常对照组相比，慢性乙型肝炎患者组外周血CD3^ CD4^ 细胞降低，淋巴细胞CD4^ /CD8^ 比值下降。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫功能紊乱，存在辅助性T细胞减少及辅助性T细胞和细胞毒性T细胞比例失衡等异常表现。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the changes of T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes,NK cells and T cell subsets in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods:The three groups of lymphocytes and T cell subsets were measured by using flow cytometry in 56 chronically HBV-infected patients.Results:The propotion of CD3 +CD4 + cells and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + significantly decreased in patients with chronical hepatitis B compared with the controls.Conclusion:Abnormality of cellular immunity existed in patient with chronical hepatitis B. |
