| 摘 要： | 目的研究医院等级评审工作对降低医院平均住院日指标的效果,分析其作用和意义。方珐收集医院2013年度医疗数据,运用描述性统计学方法、相关性分析和线性回归对一系列迎评医疗管理举措和平均住院日的相关性进行分析。结果住院患者手术比率、出院患者当日出院比率、诊断符合率与平均住院日显示相关关系,线性回归分析具有统计学意义。结论医院等级评审系列工作对平均住院日有显著影响,对提升医院医疗质量建设具有关键导向性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of level evaluation of tertiary comprehensive hospitals to shorten average length of stay, and to analyze the function and meaning. Method Relative data of the hospital from Nov. 2012 to Oct. 2013 were collected, and descriptive analysis and linear regression analysis were employed to explore the determinants of average length of stay with grade assessment. Result Operation ratio and rate of day discharge, Dx concur had impact on average length of stay, with statistical meaning. Conclusion Series of policies and measures has significant impact on average length of stay, and plays the key function on hospital medical quality construction. |
