体外膈肌起搏在肺心病呼吸衰竭治疗中的应用

本文报告30例肺心病所致呼吸衰竭患者,经体外膈肌起博治疗后,呼吸衰竭症状改善,PaCO_2明显下降,PaO_2上升,提示体外膈肌起博在急慢性呼衰治疗中,具有降低高碳酸血症和提高氧分压疗效。并具有无创性,操作简易等优点,为呼吸乐统疾病提供一个新的治疗手段。

Application of External Diaphragm Pacing in Treatment of Repiratory Failure(Abstract)

Thirty cases of chronic cor pulmonale manifesting respiratory failure treated by external diaphragm pacing are presented. In all of the patients, PaO_2 was increased and PaCo_2 decreased significantly after 10 days regular treatment, and all patients felt easier in breathing than before. The result indicates that external diaphragm pacing is effective on reducing hypercapnia and raising PaO_2 in patients with acute and chronic respiratory failure, which may be due to the increase of alveolar ventilation and diaphragm movement. External diaphragm is non-invasive and easy to operate, it might be a new method in the treatment of respiratory failure.
