健脾活血利水法治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征45例临床观察

目的:观察健脾活血利水法治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为2组各45例,对照组采用激素标准疗程治疗,治疗组在激素治疗的基础上配合健脾活血利水方治疗。观察血浆蛋白定量、24h尿蛋白定量、疗效、激素副作用等情况;随访6月,观察复发率。结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为95.6%,对照组为77.8%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。治疗后2组血浆蛋白定量、24h尿蛋白定量均较治疗前明显改善,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05);治疗组改善优于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P0.05)。激素副作用发生率治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。复发率治疗组为17.8%,对照组为37.8%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。提示治疗组能有效降低复发率。结论:在激素治疗的基础上配合健脾活血利方治疗小儿原发性肾病综合征能有效增加血浆白蛋白、减少24h尿蛋白定量,缓解激素副作用,提高临床疗效,减少复发率。
