| 摘 要： | 目的探讨磁共振胆胰管成像(MRCP)对胆道梗阻性疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性总结我院2002年10月～2004年10月手术治疗的胆道梗阻性疾病128例,并将MRCP检查结果与手术及病理结果进行比较分析。结果MRCP检查对胆道梗阻性病变的定位诊断与手术及病理诊断符合率为97.66%,MRCP定性诊断与手术及病理诊断符合率为91.41%。结论MRCP检查具有无创、安全、准确、无需造影剂而能直观显像等优势,是胆道良恶性梗阻性病变经B超(BUS)初筛后的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in the obstructive biliary tract diseases. Methods A total of 128 consecutive adult patients with obstructive biliary diseases, which were diagnosed by MRCP and confirmed by the surgical explorations and pathological examinations, were reviewed retrospectively. The diagnostic accuracies of MRCP were analyzed. Results The accurate rate of diagnostic MRCP in determination of the level and cause of biliary obstruction were 97.66% and 91.41% respectively, compared with the operative and pathological findings. Conclusion Being a noninvasive and highly accurate technique and having no use for contrast materials, MRCP can be the diagnostic modality of choice to identify the benign and malignant lesions in the biliary obstruction. |
