以"居民健康教育需求"为导向对深圳市社区居民进行健康教育的效果评价

目的评价以“居民健康教育需求”为导向对深圳市社区居民进行健康教育的效果。方法从不同特点的社区中抽取1个社区,在每个社区中再抽取特点相似的2个小区分别作为“普通健教组”和“按需健教组”,进行健康教育需求调查和健康知识知晓率本底调查(同时完成“社区居民健康教育需求”的调查),在“按需健教组”的小区中,根据居民的需求,每个季度调查一次,再按其需求进行相应知识的健康教育活动,在“普通健教组”中不按需求,以既往的方法进行每季度一次的健教活动。3~6个月后在各小区抽取30~50名居民,用本底调查同样的调查表进行教育后的调查。结果“按需健教组”与“普通健教组”健康教育效果间差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论以“居民健康教育需求”为导向的健康教育方法的效果好。在健康教育工作中应开展以“居民健康教育需求”为导向的健康促进活动。

Evaluation on the Effect of Health-Education with "Demand-Oriented Health-Education for Residents" in the Community of Shenzhen

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education working with "demand-oriented health-promotion for residents "in community of Shenzhen.Methods Two communities with different features and two others similar to the first two respectively in Shenzhen city were selected as traditional education group(One time of education was quarterly conducted conventionally) and demand-oriented education group(One time of education was quarterly conducted according to the demand that was got by investigation before hand).Three to six months later,30 to 50 residents in each group was selected by sampling,and then their understanding of health knowledge was primarily investigated.Results Significant difference in effect was found between the demand-oriented education group and traditional education group.Conclusion Health education works must be conducted combining with the health education demand of residents.
