| 摘 要： | 目的为开发空心莲子草提供理论依据与应用技术。方法采集浙江缙云,义乌等8个产地空心莲子草,用紫外分光光度法测量皂苷含量。结果湖南长沙宁乡样品皂苷含量最高,平均皂苷含量达到69.5mg·g-1,纬度与皂苷含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),相关系数为0.7913;6月与10月采集时样品皂苷含量最高,分别达到62.3mg·g-1与60.4mg·g-1。结论不同产地与季节显著影响空心莲子草皂苷含量,从皂苷含量看,最佳采收期为6月与10月。
