Clinical analysis of laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer in 81 cases

Objective To analysis of the efficacy of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis of 81 cases of laparoscopic total mesorectal rectal cancer clinical data from 2009 to 2010 on June.Results In addition to a routine colostomy sigmoid colon cancer outside the palliative,the others patients were operated successfully,operation time：120~420（195±72）min,bleeding were 50~120ml,all patients without blood transfusion,the time of recovery eating after surgery were 2~14（5±3）day,hospital stay were 10~66（20±8）day.They were followed up for 6 months to 1 years,36 patients received postoperative chemotherapy,1 patient died due to underlying disease,the rest patients were still living,there was no anastomotic stenosis,abnormal stool frequency no fecal incontinence and other complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer with traditional laparotomy can achieve the same effect of surgery,Also has shorter operative time,less blood loss and other advantages.
