The value of the joint diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with abdominal and vaginal

Objective To evaluate abdominal ultrasonography(TAS) and transvaginal ultrasound(TVS) in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in the application.Methods 80 patients with pathologically confirmed ultrasonographic findings in patients with ectopic pregnancy were compared,all cases were abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound.Results TVS and TAS + TVS detection rate of ectopic pregnancy than TAS high.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the detection of ectopic pregnancy mass was further analysis,when the ectopic mass is large,TAS on the mass and the TVS detection rate compared to no significant difference(P>0.05),and when the mass small,particularly in the early ectopic pregnancy,TVS detection of the mass was significantly higher than TAS,the difference was significant(P<0.01),Conclusion TVS for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was significantly better than the TAS,the two combined can improve the diagnosis rate.
