| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三子散择时敷贴防治哮喘的临床疗效。方法：200例哮喘患儿随机分为4组，进行中药择时与非择时穴位敷贴，疗程3年，对患儿进行随访。结果：三子散择时穴位敷贴能够改善临床症状和肺功能，调节机体免疫状态，提高血清免疫球蛋白含量。择时穴位敷贴组临床总有效率85％，明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0．01）。无毒副作用。结论：中药择时穴位敷贴可有效防治哮喘。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe tbe therapeutic effect of application of San Zi Powder according to selection of time for prevention and treatment of asthma. Methods: 200 children with asthma were randomly divided into 4 groups which were treated with acupoint application of Chinese drugs either according to selection of time or not according to selection of time for 3 years respectively. And they were followed up. Results: Acupoint application of San Zi Powder according to selection of time could improve clinical symptoms and pulmonary function, regulate immune state of the organism. and raise serum immunoglobulin contents, with the total effective rate of 85% which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0. 01), and no toxic or side effects was found. Conclusion: Acupoint application of Chinese drugs according to selection of time can effectively prevent and treat asthma. |
