布-加氏综合征的超声特征性变化

目的探讨布-加氏综合征(B-CS)二维及彩色多普勒超声特征。方法对21例临床疑诊B-CS的患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查并与X线血管造影对照。结果14例确诊为B-CS;肝静脉间可见多条交通支形成;肝静脉狭窄8例,闭塞1例;下腔静脉狭窄5例。肝静脉血流经交通支分流到未闭的肝静脉或经肝尾叶静脉及其他扩张的静脉分流入下腔静脉。结论肝静脉、下腔静脉狭窄及闭塞和肝静脉间交通支形成是B-CS超声特征性改变,结合血流动力学变化可以准确诊断B-CS。

Characteristic changes of patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome detected by ultrasound

Objective To investigate the characteristic patterns of 2D and color Doppler flow imaging in patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome(B-CS).Methods Twenty-one cases clinically diagnosed as B-CS were examined with color Doppler ultrasound and angiography.Results Fourteen determined cases were showed 9 abnormal hepatic veins(8 stenosis,1 occlusion);abnormal IVC in 5 cases(5 stenosis).The blood in occluded hepatic veins was shunted to non-occluded hepatic veins through communicating branch or to IVC through caudate lobe veins and other enlarged veins.Conclusion Stenosis or occlusion of hepatic veins and IVC,and the formation of communicating branch of hepatic veins are characteristic patterns of B-CS.
