代谢综合征患者的尿酸与血脂水平相关性研究

目的 评价代谢综合征（MS）患者的尿酸水平及尿酸与血脂异常的相关性。方法 对136例MS和195例非MS患者的临床资料进行分析研究。结果 MS组血压、血脂、血糖、体质指数明显高于非MS患者。MS组的尿酸水平较非MS组明显增加，其尿酸水平与甘油三酯呈正相关（r=0．313，P〈0．01）。结论 MS患者存在明显的代谢紊乱，其尿酸水平明显升高，且与血脂异常呈线性相关。

Association of uric acid and lipid levels in patients with metabolic syndrome

Objective To explore the association of uric acid and lipid levels in the patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods The clinical data of 136 MS patients and 195 patients with no MS were analyzed. Results Blood pressure, blood lipid, blood glucose and body mass index (BMI) were significantly higher in patients with MS than in patients without MS. The levels of serum uric acid were significantly higher in patients with MS than the patients with no MS. The levels of uric acid were positively correlated with triglyceride(r=0.313, P<0.01 ). Conclusion There is significant metabolic disturbance in the patients with metabolic syndrome, whose uric acid level is significantly increased and linearly correlated with dyslipidemia.
