组织多普勒技术对糖耐量异常患者左心功能临床评价

 目的 应用组织多普勒技术研究糖耐量异常患者左心心肌收缩及舒张功能损害情况.方法 糖耐量异常患者39例,正常对照组55例.于心尖四腔、二腔切面,启用组织多普勒功能,于心肌各节段进行测量心肌运动速度.结果 糖耐量异常组心肌收缩、舒张功能降低.结论 组织多普勒技术具有较高的敏感性,在糖耐量异常期便可发现患者心肌功能的异常.

Clinical evaluation of left myocardial function in patients with abnormal glucose tolerance

Objective To study the left myocardial function in patients with abnormal glucose tolerance by means of tissue Doppler imaging.Methods Thirty-nine patients with abnormal glucose tolerance and 55 healthy control subjects were included in this study.In all the cases,regional myocardial velocity was measured by tissue Doppler imaging in the apical two and four-chamber views.Results The myocardial function of patients with abnormal glucose tolerance was impaired.Conclusions Tissue Doppler imaging is a sensitive method for disclosing abnormal heart function in patients with abnormal glucose folerauce.
