Abstract:Inviting the patients to prescribe for the hospital to make the staff understand the necessity of activity of "the quality is realized in the remoteness"; inviting the staff to prescribe for the hospital to make sure that nothing can be lost in the activity of making the service to the remoteness; solving a problem from its, so as to make the benefits of the service maximum.
