乳腺癌中P16和P53蛋白的表达及意义

目的　研究乳腺癌中P16、P5 3蛋白的表达,探讨它们之间的关系及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组织化学S P法,检测76例乳腺癌中P16、P5 3蛋白的表达。结果　P16蛋白表达于癌细胞胞核及胞浆,其表达与乳腺癌临床分期和腋淋巴结转移密切相关(P <0 . 0 5 ) ,而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、组织学分型无关;P5 3蛋白表达于癌细胞胞核,其表达与乳腺癌组织学分级和腋淋巴结转移有关(P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分型、临床分期无关;乳腺癌中P16蛋白与P5 3蛋白表达之间无明显相关性。结论　P16蛋白的缺失表达及P5 3蛋白的高表达与乳腺癌的发生发展有关,P5 3蛋白可作为判定乳腺癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。

The expression of P16 and P53 protein and their significance in breast carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of P16 and P53 protein and discuss their relationship and clinical significance in breast carcinoma. Methods The expression of P16 and P53 protein were detected in 76 cases of breast carcinoma with immunohistochemical S-P technique. Results P16 protein was localized in nuclear and/or cytoplasm of breast carcinoma, and the expression of P16 protein was associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis( P <0.05), but no association with age, tumor size, histological grade, histological type. P53 was expressed in tumor nuclear and it was correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis( P <0.05), but there was no relationship with other clinical pathological factors. There was no significant correlation between the expression of P16 and P53 protein. Conclusion The loss of P16 protein and over-expression of P53 protein are related to the genesis and development of breast carcinoma, P16 and P53 protein may be referred indication to determine biological behavior and prognosis of breast carcinoma.
