| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与脑出血的关系。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应 -限制性长度多态性技术 (PCR -RFLP) ,检测 5 0例脑出血和 12 0例健康受试者的ApoE基因型和基因频率。同时检测研究对象的血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)和高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)。结果 :脑出血组与对照组的ApoE基因型、等位基因频率分布是一致的 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,脑出血组与对照组的血脂水平差别也无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且脑出血组血脂水平不受ApoE基因调控。结论 :ApoEε4与脑出血发病不相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism and intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods:The distribution of allelic and genotypic frequencies of ApoE were analyzed by PCR-RELP technique in ICH group (50 cases)and healthy control group(120 cases).The serum levels of TC,TG,LDL and HDL were measured.Results:There was no significant difference in ApoE allele frequency and serun lipid levels between ICH and controls.Serum lipid levels were not related to ApoE alleles in ICH group.Conclusion:ApoE allele has no association with ICH. |
