焦作市中小学生乙型肝炎免疫效果调查

目的]调查焦作市城乡中小学生乙型肝炎的免疫效果,为防治乙型肝炎提供科学依据。方法]采用整群分层随机抽样的方法从焦作市城乡确定调查对象1906名,应用酶联免疫法检测乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）,乙肝表面抗体（抗-HBs）,乙肝核心抗体（抗-HBc）。结果]市区乙肝接种率为98.89%高于农村的96.62%,抗-HBs阳性率平均为58.50%,HBsAg阳性率为2.62%,抗体无应答率为9.54%。结论]乙肝疫苗效果显著,需加强农村地区的接种工作。对于无应答者,我们应该采取有效手段以提高他们的乙肝免疫水平。

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF IMMUNOREACTION OF HEPATITIS B VACCINE ON STUDENTS OF JIAO ZUO CITY

Objective]To investigate the effect of the hepatitis B vaccine on students and provide scientific evidence for preventing it.Methods]A randomized sampling survey was carried out. A total of 1906 children,selected in four schools (two from elementary schools and two from junior high schools) from both city and countryside.Results]The HB vaccine coverage rate in the city schools (98.89%) was higher than that in countries (96.62%). The anti-HBs positive rate was 58.5% in average and the HbsAg carrier rate was 2.62%. The non-response rate was 9.54% in average.Conclusion]It suggests that the effect of hepatitis B vaccine was obvious,but the vaccination program should be strengthened in the countryside. To people with non-response,we should take measures to improve immunization level of anti-hepatitis B virus among them.
