干燥方式对葛根提取物药剂学性质的影响

摘    要: 目的 考察不同干燥方式对葛根提取物的粉体学及体外释药行为等药剂学性质的影响。方法 选择微波、喷雾及真空干燥3种方法,分别对葛根提取液进行干燥,研究3种干燥方法的葛根提取物粉体学性质的差异;采用高效液相法测定不同粉体中葛根素的含量和体外的溶出度,比较各粉体葛根素的释药行为,分析3种不同干燥方法的葛根提取物的释药机制。结果 对于中药葛根提取液,喷雾干燥产物颗粒表面光滑,圆整性好;微波干燥产物的吸湿性最小且溶解性最好;真空干燥产物具有较好的粉末流动性。结论 干燥方法的不同导致了干燥产物的物理性质的差异,微波干燥能加快葛根提取物的释放,可用于中药葛根提取物的干燥工艺。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of different drying technology on the micromeritic properties and the drug release behavior of radix pueraria extracts. METHODS The influences of vacuum drying, spray drying and microwave drying on radix pueraria extracts of micromeritic properties and drug release profiles were investigated. The contents and the in vitro dissolution of puerarin were determined by HPLC. In additional, the mechanism of the drug release was analyzed. RESULTS The powder produced by the spray drying showed a slick in surface and good degree of sphericity. The hygroscopicity of the powder by the microwave drying was optimum in drug solution. The flowability of the powder by vacuum drying was optimized. CONCLUSION Different drying technology can make the difference of physical properties, microwave drying can increase drug release rate and can be a good drying technology for the radix pueraria extractives.
