现代康复医学疗法结合针刺治疗脑卒中86例

目的:观察现代康复疗法结合针刺治疗对脑卒中后神经功能缺损、运动功能、日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法:86例脑卒中患者随机分为现代康复医学疗法结合针刺组(治疗组),单用现代康复医学疗法组(对照组)各43例,采用神经功能缺损程度评分、运动功能评分法(FMA)、ADL评分,总疗效对比,综合评定治疗前、后患者的神经功能、运动功能和ADL。结果:在患者的运动功能和ADL恢复和发病后神经功能缺损减少方面,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组总有效率为93.2%,对照组为76.7%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:现代医学康复疗法结合针刺能更好地促进脑卒中患者的神经功能、运动功能和ADL的恢复。

Clinical Treatment on Acupuncture Combined with Modern Therapy of Medical Rehabilitation for Stroke Patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of combined acupuncture and modern rehabilitation therapy for the neurological functional deficit,the motor function,ability of daily life(ADL),Methods:Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment goup and control group.There were 43 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with modern rehabilitation therapy,while those in the treatment group received the treatment of acupuncture in addition to the modern rehabilitation therapy.All patients were assessed with synthetic methods before and after the training period.The evaluating items included the Fugl-meyer(FMA)measurement for the motor function,Barthel index scales for ability of daily life,the neurological functional deficit scales and the contrast of total clinical efficacy.Results:There is a significant difference(P<0.01)of the motor function,ability of daily life,neurological functional deficit Scales both in the treatment group and the control group after treatment.The former is better than the latter.The total efficiency for the treatment group was 93.2% and for the control group was 76.7% There is a significant improvement(P<0.05)of the total clinical efficiency between the treatment group and the control and the total clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group after treating period.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with modern Rehabilitation therapy benefits the instauration of the neurological function and motor function and ability of daily life(ADL).
