国产吻合器用于低位直肠癌保肛治疗的体会

目的扩大低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗范围，提高生存质量。方法采用上海产ＧＦ－Ⅰ型管道吻合器用于Ｄｉｘｏｎ术的低位结直肠吻合术。结果手术２５例。其中癌肿下界距肛缘距离５、６、７和８ｃｍ者分别为２、３、６和１４例。１例出现吻合口瘘。全部病例随访１年以上，未见局部复发。结论采用国产吻合器可扩大低位直肠癌的保肛手术治疗范围，且手术简便、经济。严格选择病例并采取防止局部复发的综合措施，可提高手术疗效。

Surgical Treatment of Rectal Cancer at Lower Segments Preserving the Anus by the Chinese Stapling device

Objectives To extend the indication of the operation preserving the Anus of Rectal cancer at Lower segments and to gain quality of life. Methods The CF- straight-tube stapling devices made in Shanghai were applied at lower colorectoctomy of Dixon's operation. Results The 25 patients were treated. The lengths 5, 6, 7 and 8 cm above anorectal line of these patients with rectal cancer were observed in 2, 3, 6 and 14 cases respectively. In one case leak of the anastomose locality developed. All patients were followed over one year and no local recurrence were found. ZConclusions The indication of the operation preserving the anus of rectal cancer at lower segments was extended by using the Chinese device and it is simple and inexpensive. As the cases were strictly selected and measure avoiding the local recurrence was appied, the results of treatment by the Anusstapling device were improved.
