摘    要:目的 了解龙岩市公共场所水体军团菌污染状况,为防制提供依据.方法 采集2006-2010年部分公共场所79份水样进行军团菌培养及鉴定.结果 共检出嗜肺军团菌37株,阳性率46.8%(37/79),1型占94.6%(35/37).中央空调系统阳性率73.7%(14/19),尤其是冷却塔水样污染严重(76.2%);中央空调系统使用单位(酒店、宾馆、超市和医院)该菌阳性率70.6%(12/17).结论 龙岩市公共场所水体嗜肺军团菌污染情况较严重,需加强监测,督促定期消毒和清洗,以预防军团菌病发生.

Investigation on legionella pollution of water samples of public places in Longyan City(2006-2010)

Abstract:Objective To investigate legionella pollution of water samples of public places inLongyan City for the pollution control.Method Totally 79 water samples were detected,and legionella was isolated and identificated.Result Totally 37 strains of legionella pneumophila(LP) were isolated and positive rate was 46.8%(37/79),the most LP was serum type-1.The LP positive rate of central air-conditioning system was 73.7%(14/19).The pollution of cooling water was especially serious(76.2%).The LP positive rate of central air-conditioning system unit(restaurant,hotel,supermarket and hospital) was 70.6%(12/17).Conclusion The LP pollution is serious in Longyan City.It is necessary to strengthen the detection of legionella pollution in public place,carry out regular cleaning and disinfection for the prevention of legionella disease outbreak.
