通心络联合别嘌醇片治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

目的观察通心络联合别嘌醇片治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分成2组,治疗组以通心络联合别嘌醇片治疗;对照组以扶他林片联合别嘌醇片治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后关节疼痛、压痛等主要症状积分及血尿酸、胆固醇、三酰甘油均有显著改善,与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通心络联合别嘌醇片能明显减轻急性痛风性关节炎临床症状及体征,降低患者血尿酸水平,用于治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效肯定。

Observation of the curative effect of Tongxinluo combined with Allopurinol Tablets on acute gouty arthritis

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Tongxinluo combined with Allopurinol Tablets on acute gouty arthritis.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Tongxinluo combined with Allopurinol Tablets and control group treated with Diclofenac combined with Allopurinol Tablets.Both the groups were treated for four weeks.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scours of main symptoms such as joint pain and tenderness and blood uric acid,cholesterol and triacylglycerol were all improved obviously in the both groups,but those indexes above were improved more in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment with Tongxinluo combined with Allopurinol can significantly relieve the clinical symptom and physical sign of acute gouty arthritis,low down the level of blood uric acid,so the curative effect is affirmative.
