| 摘 要： | 目的：观察注射用双黄连冻干粉治疗上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：将178例患者随机分为两组，治疗组98例采用注射用双黄连冻干粉治疗，对照组80例采用病毒唑注射液治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为94.9％，对照组总有效率为82.5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：双黄连冻干粉治疗上呼吸道感染有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate clinical efficiency of Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Powder for injection in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:178 cases were divided into two groups.98 cases of the treatment group used Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Powder for injection,meanwhile,in the control group of 80 cases using ribavirin injection treatment.Clinical compared between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency was 94.9%for the treatment group and the control group was 82.5%.Difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuanghuanglian Lyophilized Powder for injection which is used for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection has better clinical efficacy. |
