子宫切除术治疗产科出血51例分析

目的探讨降低产科子宫切除术及并发症发生的可能性.方法对我院产科近40年间所做的产科子宫切除术作了回顾性分析.结果产科子宫切除术发生率为0.054%,其中,剖宫产子宫切除占06%,子宫切除术主要指征为胎盘因素、子宫破裂和子宫收缩乏力.结论认为做好孕产妇监测和计划生育,正确掌握剖宫产手术指征,可以有效地降低产科子宫切除术发生率和围产儿死亡率.

Hysterectomy for Obstetrical Bleeding: Analysis of 51 Cases

Objective:To study the possibility of decreasing the incidence of obstetric hysterectomy and complication.Methods:We have made a retrospective analysis about the obstetrical hysterectomy of our hosptial for nearly forty years.Results:The incidence of obstetrical hysterectomy is about 0.054%.Cesarean hysterectomy account for 76%.The main indications of obstetrical hysterectomy are plancta factors,uterine rupture and uterine atony.Conclusion:It is advised to improve pregnant monitoring and to advocate family planning,and to master the indication of cesarean section appropriately can efficiently reduce the incidence of obstetrical hysterectomy and perinatal mortality.
