小肝癌自然组织谐波成像及彩色多普勒超声特征分析

摘    要:目的 分析小肝癌形态学和血流动力学表现,为其超声诊断提供依据,方法 利用自然组织谐波显像(NTHI)及彩色多勒超声(CDFI)观察57个小肝癌肿块图像,结果 NTHI对小肝癌的图像显示清晰,肿块内以低回声为主占37%,强回声为主占35%,等回声占7%,混合性回声占21%,CDFI血流检出率79%,肿块以少血供为主,瘤周主要为复合性血流或连续性血流,瘤内为搏动性血流或连续性血流或复合性血流,结论 NTHI能为小肝癌提供高清晰度的声像图,结合CDFI,对小肝癌的诊断具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective Patterns of the morphology and hemodynamic changes of small liver cancers were analysed by Nature Tissue Harmonic Imaging(NTHI) and Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) providing for ultrasonic diagnostic evidences. Methods  Fifty-seven tumors were studied using NTHI and CDFI. Results  NTHI showed better images for small hepatocelluler carcinoma. Within all lesions,hyperechoic、hypoechoic and isoechoic masses were 35%,37% and 7% respectively.Twenty-one percent of them showed inhomogenous. The detective rate of blood flow was 79% using CDFI. Poor vascularity was common in small liver cancer in which there was mainly complex pattern or continous flow in peritumor blood flow while pulsative or continous or complex pattern predominated in introtumor blood flow. Conclusion  NTHI can display fine image for small hepatocelluler carcinoma and it is great significant for diagnosing it when adding CDHI.
