临床实习护生心理健康与社会支持关系分析

目的探讨临床实习护生的心理健康及其与社会支持关系。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、社会支持评定量表对187名临床实习护生进行调查。结果在SCL-90各因子得分中,除躯体化、人际敏感因子值低于全国青年常模外（P〈0.01）,其它因子值与全国青年常模值相比较差异无统计学意义。SCL-90各因子得分在本、专科实习护生间以及城镇组与农村组实习护生间差异均无统计学意义。客观支持与SCL-90各因子得分均呈负相关（P〈0.01）;主观支持度与人际敏感、偏执得分呈负相关（P〈0.05）,与其它因子不相关;支持利用度与偏执、人际敏感、忧郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子得分呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论实习护生的心理健康水平与全国青年常模相当,社会支持,尤其是客观支持、支持利用度对护生心理健康有重要影响。

Nursing students' mental health status and its relationship with social support during clinical internship

Objective To explore the nursing students＇ mental health status and its relationship with social support during the clinical internship.Methods A total of 187 nursing students were tested with symptom check list 90（SCL-90） and social support rating scale during the clinical internship.Results The factor scores of SCL-90 except somatization and interpersonal sensitivity were near to Chinese youth norm.There was no significant statistical difference in all factor scores between the countryside nursing students and city nursing students,and between 3-year nursing students and 4-year nursing students.The objective support showed a significantly negative correlation with all factor scores of SCL-90（P0.01）.The subjective support showed a negative correlation with the scores of interpersonal sensitivity and paranoia（P0.05）.The use of support showed a negative correlation with the scores of paranoia（P0.01）,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and fear（P0.05）.Conclusions The nursing students＇ mental health is near to that of general youth,and social support,especially objective support and use of support,has an important influence on the nursing students＇ mental health during the clinical internship.
