米非司酮联合依沙吖啶应用于中期妊娠引产

目的观察米非司酮联合依沙吖啶在中期妊娠引产中的临床效果。方法将90例中期妊娠引产妇女随机分为2组。观察组45例在依沙吖啶引产前予以米非司酮150mg分次口服;对照组单用依沙吖啶引产。观察并记录自宫腔注药至宫缩发动时间、由宫缩开始到胎儿娩出时间、胎盘娩出情况、产后出血量及软产道损伤情况。结果观察组自宫腔注药至宫缩发动时间、由宫缩开始到胎儿娩出时间明显缩短（P〈0.01）。胎盘胎膜残留及产后2h出血量等亦比对照组明显降低（P〈0.01）。观察组明显优于对照组,2组相比有差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮联合依沙吖啶用于中期妊娠引产能有效缩短引产时间、减少胎盘胎膜残留、降低产后出血量,是一种值得推广的中期妊娠引产方法 。

Clinical observation on mifepristone in combination with ethacridine for induced labor

Objective To evaluate the effect of mifepristone in combination with ethacridine for induce labor in mid-term pregnancy.Methods Ninety cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group （45 cases） took orally the total amount of 150 mg mifepristone before ethacridine was given;the control group took the injection of 100 mg ethacridine alone.The time from the beginning of the injection to the contraction,the time from the contraction to the fetus delivery,the integrity of placental membranes,the soft birth canal injury,and the amount of 2 hours’ postpartum hemorrhage were observed and recorded.Results The time from the beginning of the injection to the contraction and the time from the contraction to the fetus delivery were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,P〈0.01.The amount of 2 hours’ postpartum hemorrhage and remained rates of placental membrane in the observation group were both significantly lower than those in the control group,P〈0.01.Conclusions Mifepristone in combination with ethacridine is significantly better than ethacridine alone for induced labor in mid-term pregnancy.
