抑郁症症状与性激素和甲状腺激素的相关性研究

目的探讨抑郁症症状与性激素、甲状腺激素的相关性,为抑郁症治疗提供理论依据。方法对44例首发女性抑郁症患者进行量表评定与激素检验。结果（1）孕激素与躯体化、偏执、其他因子呈正相关,与抑郁、敌对、精神病性因子呈负相关;（2）总甲状腺三碘原氨酸与抑郁因子呈负相关,与焦虑因子呈正相关;促甲状腺素与强迫、精神病性因子呈正相关,与恐惧因子呈负相关,与汉密尔顿抑郁量表总分呈负相关。结论首发女性抑郁症患者的临床症状与其性激素、甲状腺激素水平有相关性。

Correlation between clinical symptoms and levels of sex hormone and thyroid hormones of depressive patients

Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of sex hormones and thyroid hormones and clinical symptoms of depressive patients. Methods A total of 44 female first-episode depressive inpatients were investigated. SCL-90, HAMD, HAMA, serum sex hormones and serum thyroid hormones were tested. Results Somatization, paranoid ideation and additional items were significantly positively related to progesterone level; depression, hostility and psychoticism were significantly negatively related to progesterone level; depression was significantly negatively related to triiodothyronine level, but anxiety was significantly positively related to triiodothyronine level; obsessive-compulsive and psychoticism were significantly positively related to thyrotropin level; phobic anxiety was significantly negatively related to thyrotropin level; aggregate scores of HAMD were negatively related to thyrotropin level.Conclusions There are the correlation between the levels of sex hormones and thyroid hormones and clinical symptoms of female first-episode depressive inpatients.
