| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电视胸腔镜在胸腔积液诊治中的价值。方法2007—2009年应用电视胸腔镜治疗胸腔积液20例。结果全组诊疗效果良好,无严重并发症。结论电视胸腔镜是脓胸、恶性胸腔积液、包裹性胸腔积液安全、有效的治疗方法,能大大提高不明原因胸腔积液病因诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of video-assisted thoracoscic surgery （VATS） in the diagnosis and treatment of pleural effusion. Methods From 2007 to 2009, 20 patients with pleural effusion were treated by VATS. Results VATS had satisfactory value in the diagnosis and treatment of all the cases. No serious complication occurred. Conclusions VATS is a safe and effective procedure in the treatment of pyothorax, malignant pleural effusion and encapsulated pleural effusion. It provides a highly positive diagnosis of patients with pleural effusions of unknown cause. |
