摘    要:目的了解东海县医疗机构的消毒质量,为改进医疗机构消毒工作和监督部门的监督管理提供依据。方法按照《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-1995和卫生部《消毒技术规范》,对东海县各级医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、灭菌医疗用品进行监测。结果 2007—2009年样品总合格率依次为62.6%、68.2%、71.8%,合格率有显著性提高(P<0.01);二级医院总合格率为85.9%,一级医院为79.7%,村卫生室及个体诊所为59.8%,3者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各类样品中以使用中消毒液合格率最高(89.2%),室内空气合格率最低(32.4%)。结论东海县医疗机构的消毒质量呈逐年上升趋势,但仍需进一步加强医疗机构尤其是村卫生室及个体诊所的消毒质量监测和监督管理。

Abstract:Objective To understand the disinfection status so as to provide the evidence for improving the disinfection quality and management in medical institutions of Donghai County. Methods We examined the bacterial levels in room air, surface of facilities, hands of medical staffs, sterilizing agents in use and sterilized medical materials in medical institutions of Donghai County according to Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals GB15982-1995 and Technical Standard for Disinfection issued by the Ministry of Health of China. Results The total disinfection passing rates were 62.6 % in 2007, 68.2 % in 2008 and 71.8 % in 2009. There was a significant increase in 2009 (P 〈 0.01 ). The total passing rates for Grade 2 hospitals, Grade 1 hospitals and village/personal clinics were 85.9 %, 79.7 % and 59.8%, respectively. There were significant differences among the three medical agents (P 〈 0.01 ). The highest passing rate was 89.2 % for sterilizing agents in use, while the lowest passing rate was 32.4 % for room air. Conclusions Although the disinfection quality has improved in the past three years, the efforts are still needed to oversee the disinfection status of the small medical parties including village and personal clinics.
