| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区综合干预对糖尿病预后的影响。方法通过行之有效的、个性化的健康指导,包括对糖尿病患者心理、饮食、运动等多方面的综合干预。结果干预组患者血糖达到有效的控制,血糖与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论社区干预能延缓并发症的发生,从而提高患者生活质量,延长生命。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of community comprehensive intervention on diabetes prognosis.Methods The comprehensive intervention included individual mental guide,dietary,exercise,etc.Results The blood sugar levels were controlled in the patients of the intervention group,and there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the matched control group.Conclusions The community comprehensive intervention can prolong the occurrence of complications and raise the life quality of diabetes patients. |
